On Friday, 1 June 2018, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Islandijos highway, at the junction with Plento street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 63-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (28 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
