On Friday, 29 June 2018, in the afternoon at 15:04, in Trakų district municipality, on Karaimų street near No. 57, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 118D and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW (7 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
