On Saturday, 30 June 2018, at night at 23:36, in Vilnius, on Ozo street near No. 41, at the junction with Buivydiškių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Rover 623 and a Honda Accord. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Rover, who failed to obey traffic-control signals. He was drunk, had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
