On Thursday, 5 July 2018, in the afternoon at 12:18, in Telšių district municipality, on Iždinės street near No. 7a, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 Avant and a Saab 9-3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 77-year-old driver of the Audi (36 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
