On Monday, 16 July 2018, in the afternoon at 16:20, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 196.95), a car ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of a car (23 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
