On Friday, 3 August 2018, in the afternoon at 16:33, in Vilnius, on Laisvės avenue near No. 60A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a DAF, a Krone - and a Volvo S40. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the DAF (23 years of driving experience). He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
