On Tuesday, 7 August 2018, in the afternoon at 13:46, in Kaunas, on V. Putvinskio street near No. 50, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and a Chrysler Pacifica. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene.
