On Friday, 17 August 2018, in the evening at 19:20, in Prienų district municipality, on the Klebiškis–Juodbūdis–Veiveriai regional road (kilometre 12.90), a BMW 525 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the BMW (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.16‰ blood alcohol). A 22-year-old passenger of the BMW was drunk (1.26‰). A 37-year-old passenger of the BMW was drunk (1.75‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
