On Sunday, 19 August 2018, in the morning at 9:29, in Vilnius, on Arsenalo street, at the junction with Žygimantų street, a bicycle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 49-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by a 71-year-old cyclist, who failed to comply with road signs or markings. He fled the scene.
