On Friday, 24 August 2018, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Vilnius, on Žėručio street near No. 4, a collision occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz 1217 and a Seat Ibiza. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 60-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (38 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
