Toyota RAV4 driver hits a parked Mitsubishi and flees on Pramonės g., Šiauliai
On Thursday, 6 September 2018, in the afternoon at 12:30, in Šiauliai, on Pramonės street near No. 10, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
