On Thursday, 13 September 2018, in the evening at 21:01, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street near No. 44, a collision with a reversing vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Honda Civic and a Toyota Prius. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
