On Thursday, 27 September 2018, in the morning at around 8:00, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr. near No. 135, at the junction with Garažų street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Opel Zafira and a Mercedes-Benz Vito. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Opel (19 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
