On Friday, 28 September 2018, in the afternoon at 13:40, in Kaunas, on Aušros street near No. 40, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Renault Laguna registered in Sweden and a Toyota RAV4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
