On Sunday, 7 October 2018, in the afternoon at 11:01, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Ariogala–Raseiniai–Kryžkalnis national road (kilometre 15.60), a BMW rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (0.77‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
