On Sunday, 12 August 2018, at night at 2:26, in Trakų district municipality, on the Trakai–Lentvaris–Mūrinė Vokė regional road (kilometre 1), an Opel Monterey ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Opel (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
