On Monday, 22 October 2018, in the afternoon at 14:32, in Panevėžys, on J. Urbšio street, at the junction with Vasario 16-osios street, a Seat Leon hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 18-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Seat, who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties.
