On Friday, 26 October 2018, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Kaunas, on Jurbarko street near No. 23, an Audi 100 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 73-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 72-year-old driver of the Audi (48 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
