On Monday, 12 November 2018, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kupiškio district municipality, Skapiškio town, on Pandėlio street near No. 23, a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. The driver was sober.
