Drunk Opel driver in crash with Audi on the Pagojė–Sedeikiai–Viešintos–Nociūnai road
On Thursday, 15 November 2018, in the evening at around 17:00, in Anykščių district municipality, on the Pagojė–Sedeikiai–Viešintos–Nociūnai national road (kilometre 0.80), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and an Audi A6 Avant. One person was injured — the 40-year-old driver of the Audi (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Opel (24 years of driving experience), who entered the oncoming traffic lane. He was drunk.
