On Tuesday, 4 December 2018, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kaunas, on V. Krėvės pr. near No. 80A, a Skoda Octavia hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 59-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 67-year-old driver of the Skoda (30 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
