On Tuesday, 4 December 2018, in the evening at 18:15, in Panevėžys, on Beržų street, at the junction with Staniūnų street, an Opel Corsa hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Opel (3 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
