On Saturday, 22 December 2018, in the afternoon at 11:54, in Šilutės district municipality, on Miško street near No. 7, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo S80 and a Peugeot 307. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of the Volvo (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
