On Thursday, 27 December 2018, in the afternoon at 16:47, in Vilnius, on T. Ševčenkos street, at the junction with Švitrigailos street, a BMW 525 D hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the BMW (5 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
