On Saturday, 12 January 2019, at night at 0:47, in Klaipėda, on Pilies street, at the junction with Minijos street, an Opel Signum ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Opel (14 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.20‰ blood alcohol).
