On Sunday, 20 January 2019, in the afternoon at 11:04, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis (kelio ruožo su skir. juosta d. pusė) main road (kilometre 1.90), a vehicle hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
