On Sunday, 20 January 2019, in the afternoon at 14:30, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Šilinė national road (kilometre 12.30), an Opel Vectra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 55-year-old driver of the Opel (22 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
