On Wednesday, 23 January 2019, in the evening at 20:20, in Trakų district municipality, Lentvario village, on Geležinkelio street near No. 1, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a car and a BMW 530. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 50-year-old driver of a car (10 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
