On Monday, 4 February 2019, in the morning at 10:57, in Anykščių district municipality, on J. Biliūno street, at the junction with Liudiškių street, a Volvo FH registered in Russia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
