On Saturday, 23 February 2019, at night at 23:03, in Vilnius, on Oslo street, an Opel Zafira hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Opel (14 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
