On Friday, 1 March 2019, in the morning at around 6:00, in Klaipėda, on Vyturio street near No. 5, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Citroen C5, a BMW, an Audi A6 Avant, a Volkswagen Golf and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Citroen (24 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.89‰ blood alcohol).
