On Sunday, 10 March 2019, in the afternoon at 14:40, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr. near No. 35, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat registered in Belarus and a Volvo S60. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry.
