On Friday, 15 March 2019, in the morning at 7:50, in Kaunas, on Radvilėnų pl. near No. 1, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Focus and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Ford (20 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet.
