On Friday, 29 March 2019, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on A. Strazdo street, at the junction with Kuršėnų street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved an Audi A8 and a Seat Altea. One person was injured — a 5-year-old passenger of the Seat (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober.
