On Friday, 12 April 2019, in the evening at 22:25, in Kaunas, on Rokų street near No. 64, a Honda rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Honda (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
