On Tuesday, 16 April 2019, in the evening at around 17:00, in Kaunas, on Taikos pr. near No. 33, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525 D and a Ford Transit FT 100. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the BMW (24 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
