Drunk, unlicensed Nissan Almera driver hits an obstacle in Rastinėnų village
On Saturday, 4 May 2019, in the evening at 19:45, in Vilniaus district municipality, Rastinėnų village, on Rastinėnų street, at the junction with Kalorijos 1-oji street, a Nissan Almera hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Nissan. He was drunk (0.58‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
