On Friday, 31 May 2019, in the evening at around 21:00, in Klaipėda, on Dragūnų street near No. 11, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Nissan Pathfinder and a BMW 525 registered in Latvia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Nissan (21 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
