On Monday, 3 June 2019, in the evening at 20:29, in Palanga, on Kretingos street near No. 56, a collision while turning right occurred. The collision involved a Mini Cooper S and a Kawasaki ZX-6R. Two people were injured — the 26-year-old driver of the Kawasaki (hospitalized) and a 22-year-old passenger of the Kawasaki (treated as an outpatient).
