On Wednesday, 5 June 2019, in the evening at 17:50, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Rokiškis–Juodupė–Onuškis–Ilzenbergas regional road (kilometre 13.50), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra-G-Caravan and an Opel Meriva - A. Two people were injured — the 30-year-old driver of the Opel Astra-G-Caravan (hospitalized) and a 23-year-old passenger of the Opel Meriva - A (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Opel Astra-G-Caravan, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.49‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
