On Saturday, 13 July 2019, in the morning at 6:43, in Telšių district municipality, on the Telšiai–Žarėnai–Tverai–Laukuva regional road (kilometre 10.52), a Jinlun JL50QT-5 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Jinlun, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.63‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
