On Monday, 15 July 2019, in the afternoon at 14:11, in Vilnius, on Gedimino pr. near No. 1, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Piaggio NRG and a Skoda Octavia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Piaggio (1 year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
