On Saturday, 20 July 2019, at night at 0:02, in Kaunas, on Birštono street, at the junction with Šv. Gertrūdos street, a collision with one vehicle turning left and the other right occurred. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Audi (17 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
