On Monday, 22 July 2019, in the evening at around 18:00, in Ukmergės district municipality, on Kauno street near No. 72, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 Avant and a Saab 9-3. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
