On Monday, 12 August 2019, at night at 23:25, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Rumšiškės–Pravieniškės II regional road (kilometre 1.55), a Baotian rolled over. Two people were injured — the 25-year-old driver of the Baotian (treated as an outpatient) and a 26-year-old passenger of the Baotian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Baotian, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.63‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. A 26-year-old passenger of the Baotian was drunk (2.21‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
