On Wednesday, 21 August 2019, in the afternoon at 12:15, in Jurbarko district municipality, Pilies I village, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 71.90), a Mercedes-Benz E220 ran off the road.
