On Saturday, 24 August 2019, in the afternoon at 12:19, in Kelmės district municipality, on the Pagojis–Butkiškė–Kražiai regional road (kilometre 8.72), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Suzuki GSR 600 and a KTM. Two people were injured — the 49-year-old driver of the Suzuki (hospitalized) and the 38-year-old driver of the KTM (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Suzuki (31 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
