Unlicensed BMW driver hits an obstacle at Laisvės pr. and Architektų g., Vilnius

On Sunday, 15 September 2019, at night at 0:50, in Vilnius, on Laisvės pr., at the junction with Architektų street, a BMW 330 XD hit an obstacle. One person was injured — the 28-year-old driver of the BMW (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 60 km/h.
