On Monday, 7 October 2019, in the evening at around 18:00, in Vilnius, on Fabijoniškių street near No. 21, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Hyundai Tucson and an Opel Astra. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 72-year-old driver of the Hyundai (37 years of driving experience). He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
