On Tuesday, 22 October 2019, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Panevėžys, on J. Basanavičiaus street, at the junction with Vilniaus street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved a Saab 9-3 and a car. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Saab (10 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. Both drivers were sober.
